Jonathan Lord, Humana's chief innovation officer, will be CEO of consumer genomics firm Navigenics as of May 1. Prior to Humana, Lord was president of Health Dialog and chief operating officer of the American Hospital Association.

Lord will take over for Mari Baker, who served as Navigenics' CEO and president since 2007. Baker announced she was leaving Navigenics in February to become CEO of an entertainment and video game company called Playfirst.
