LifeLabs, Contextual to Co-market, Sell Genetic Tests in Canada

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services and Contextual Genomics today announced a deal to broaden the availability of Contextual's genetic and genomic tests in Canada.

Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will co-market and sell Contextual's genetic tests for cancer and other conditions to patients and doctors in Canada. Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Contextual provides next-generation sequencing-based and other genomic assays and data interpretation services for cancer and inherited diseases. Toronto-based LifeLabs provides laboratory services.
