NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Eurogentec today announced it has finalized technology transfer and licensing agreements with the BD Diagnostics division of Becton Dickinson.

One deal covers diagnostic manufacturing technology and the other is a multi-year supply agreement. Under the terms of the agreements, Eurogentec will provide BD Diagnostics with diagnostic manufacturing technology and technical assistance. BD expects to use the technology to develop molecular diagnostic kits.
