The open-access database contains more than 1.5 million measurements of the phosphorylation levels of 400 protein kinases and their targets in more than 2,000 tissue and cell specimens.

In particular, the study focused on signaling networks tied to CTL chromatin regulation with the aim of better understanding the systems of gene regulation characteristic of these cells, said one of the researchers.
