NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - William Moffitt has agreed to stay on as president and CEO at Nanosphere for a three-year term, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission this week. Under the agreement, Moffitt will receive a salary of $427,000 and bonuses that could be as much as 60 percent of his salary, and in 2010 and 2011 his bonus will not be less than $150,000.
