NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Greg Lucier, chairman and CEO of Life Technologies, was named to the board of directors of CareFusion this week.

CareFusion, based in San Diego, is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardinal Health and is expected to become a public firm from the planned spinout of Cardinal's clinical and medical products business.
