University of East Anglia, Sainsbury Laboratory Database

Researchers at the University of East Anglia and the Sainsbury Laboratory in the UK have published an online database of endogenous small silencing RNA data for the unicellular green-alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. It is available to view here.
Currently, the database contains 46,672 sequence reads, generated in a single run on a 454 sequencer.
