Greg Critchfield, former president of Myriad Genetics Laboratories, has been appointed as lead director of the board of Metamark Genetics. He has served on Metamark's board since September and is also the CEO of Sera Prognostics. Prior to Myriad, he served as chief medical and science officer for Corning Clinical Laboratories, which later became Quest Diagnostics. Critchfield holds a BS in microbiology from Brigham Young University, an MD from the University of Utah, and an MS from the University of Minnesota.
