New Products: Qiagen's Ingenuity Interpretation System

Qiagen has begun enrolling molecular diagnostics laboratories in an early access program for its web-based clinical interpretation tool for next-generation sequencing tests. The tool makes use of its Ingenuity Knowledge Base database and will provide labs with automated scoring, interpretation, and reporting of findings in standardized, HIPAA Safe Harbor-compliant formats, according to the company. The early access members include Emory Genetics Laboratory, GeneDx, LabCorp, Partners Healthcare, and Quest Diagnostics.
