Complete Genomics Registers $7M in Employee Stock Options

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Complete Genomics has filed for the registration of up to $7 million in additional shares in connection to a stock option being offered to employees.

In a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, the Mountain View, Calif.-based sequencing services firm registered about 1.6 million shares of its common stock at a proposed maximum offering price of $4.53 per share.

The offering price was based on the average of the high and low prices of Complete Genomics' stock on Nov. 9.
