NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Good Start Genetics said today that it has signed a coverage agreement with Tufts Health Plan for its GoodStart Select sequencing-based carrier screening test.

The agreement covers Good Start's menu of tests to screen for 23 disorders recommended by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics, and other groups.

Tufts Health Plan covers around one million members in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
