Donald Huffman, Elias Caro

Guava Technologies this week announced the appointment of Donald Huffman as chief financial officer.
Huffman most recently served as CFO and principal of Sanderling Ventures, a biomedical venture capital firm. He has also served as CFO for Genteric, Microcide Pharmaceuticals, Celtrix Pharmaceuticals, and medical device company EndoSonics. He holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Elias Caro, executive vice president of international diagnostics and global life sciences commercial operations at Beckman Coulter, retired effective July 31, according to an 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
