Cellomics, Fisher Biosciences

Cellomics, a unit of Fisher Biosciences, this week introduced the Neuronal Profiling BioApplication module for its high-content image-analysis software.

The new application for neurobiology provides real-time measurements for neuronal morphology and neurite outgrowth in vitro, Cellomics said. Using the module, researchers can retrieve information on cell population and many other details in neurite cell populations, and eliminates the need for manual counting. The software is compatible with Cellomics' ArrayScan or KineticScan high-content readers, and is managed through Cellomics' High-Content Information software.
