BD Biosciences BD BioCoat Angiogenesis System: Endothelial Cell Invasion

BD Biosciences’ Discovery Labware division announced the availability of the BD BioCoat Angiogenesis System: Endothelial Cell Invasion.

According to the company, the angiogenesis system is a cell-culture insert system that is designed to simplify screening assays that target the endothelial cell invasion process. The system comprises a BD Falcon 24-multiwell insert plate containing a fluorescence-blocking, microporous (3-micron pore size) PET membrane, coated with a uniform layer of BD Matrigel Matrix. The system is suitable for both manual and robotic screening, BD Biosciences said.
