NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Belgian cancer diagnostics firm OncoDNA announced today that it has signed an international partnership with France's Laboratoire Cerba. Under the terms of the agreement, OncoDNA's OncoDeep DX Plus and Clinical Plus services will be available to Laboratoire Cerba's customers in international territories across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
In a statement, OncoDNA Chief Business Officer Michäel Herman said the deal affords Laboratoire Cerba access to "state-of-the-art oncology services to complete their portfolio" and provides OncoDNA access to Laboratoire Cerba's international network.
The deal further expands international access to OncoDNA's products. The firm has numerous international distribution partners, most recently Genesis Genome in Malaysia. In addition to the OncoDeep line of targeted sequencing panels, it offers the OncoTrace liquid biopsky kit.
For its part, Laboratoire Cerba has an international licensing deal with Sequenom for its MaterniT21 Plus prenatal diagnostic test that runs until 2018.
