A few more lawsuits related to Myriad Genetics' hereditary cancer testing patents are now put to bed. 

The parties have decided to drop their claims and counterclaims against eachother ending a patent infringement lawsuit on BRCA testing.

The deal brings an end to a dispute going back to 2010 between the two firms.
