NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Sigma-Aldrich today announced an exclusive agreement to manufacture and distribute the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute's arrayed lentiviral CRISPR library of guide RNAs.

The library provides researchers with the tools to knock out every known human and mouse protein-coding gene using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.
