NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Rubicon Genomics today announced distribution deals with Delonix Healthcare and Biocena, in India and Poland, respectively.
Delonix Healthcare provides advanced scientific tools, products, and technologies to the research, industrial biotech, pharmaceutical, and research hospital sectors in India. Biocena is a life science distributor in Poland.
Financial and other information about the distribution agreements was not disclosed.
Rubicon also reported a 40 percent year-over-year increase in revenues for full-year 2015. Rubicon CEO James Koziarz noted in a statement that it is the company's fifth consecutive year of revenue growth, and was fueled by "expansion of our distributor base, new product introductions, enhanced marketing activities, and collaborations with key industry partners."
Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Rubicon offers DNA library preparation products for arrays and Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms.
For Rubicon, the distribution agreements follow a non-exclusive distribution deal with Eurofins for the US and Canada.
