Thermo Fisher Scientific Ion AmpliSeq HD

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched Ion AmpliSeq HD, a new library preparation technology for customized next-generation sequencing gene panels. It allows customers to design panels to detect single nucleotide variants, small indels, fusions, and copy number variants with a limit of detection as low as 0.1 percent in blood samples. The technology has applications in both oncology research and inherited disease research.


Twist Bioscience High-Throughput Human Core Exome Kit

Twist Bioscience announced a high-throughput version of its Twist Human Core Exome Kit for next-gen sequencing library preparation and target enrichment. The new kit allows customers to run up to 96 samples simultaneously.


10x Genomics Single-Cell Mouse Immune Profiling Solution

10x Genomics has launched the Single-Cell Mouse Immune Profiling Solution for characterizing gene expression and paired receptor sequences of T cell and B cells in mouse models of disease. The product enables full-length receptor sequencing and unbiased clonotype analysis of T cell and B cell populations through paired heterodimeric receptor gene sequencing, according to the company. 10x Genomics' new product includes a software suite to analyze and visualize large single-cell experiments quickly.
