Qiagen Ingenuity Pathway Analysis Interpret

Qiagen has launched Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) Interpret, a feature leveraging artificial intelligence algorithms and IPA's 50,000 citations in a manually curated knowledge base. IPA Interpret automatically analyzes, compares, and contextualizes complex gene expression datasets available in IPA, identifying biological processes, pathways, and networks. Reports provide graphical representations of key results and can also be shared via links.

Parse Biosciences Evercode Mouse BCR Kit

Parse Biosciences has launched its Evercode Mouse B-Cell Receptor kit. The kit enables mouse BCR repertoire profiling alongside whole-transcriptome data for millions of cells, including BCR clonotype diversity and VDJ gene usage frequencies. A high pairing rate for the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains offers accurate antibody analysis while gentle fixation and advanced combinatorial cell barcoding techniques offer the ability to detect rare populations, such as plasma cells.

Bio-Techne ESR1 Mutation Assay

Bio-Techne subsidiary Asuragen has launched its research-use-only ESR1 mutation monitoring assay consisting of the QuantideX qPCR ESR1 exoMutation Kit paired with the ExoLution Plus cfDNA + exoRNA Isolation Kit. ESR1 mutations are linked to hormone receptor-positive (HR+) metastatic breast cancer, often emerging after treatment has begun, and detecting them quickly can help clinicians spot the early warning signs of treatment resistance and adjust therapies as needed. The Asuragen assay was designed to detect 11 ESR1 ligand-binding domain mutations in samples at very high sensitivity by detecting the molecular signal from both cell-free DNA and exosomal RNA. The test can be used with existing qPCR technology.
