NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – NantHealth and Allscripts today said they will collaborate to develop precision medicine solutions to enable physicians to make informed decisions from genomic and proteomic analyses.
NantHealth said that the collaboration will leverage its eviti solution, which helps select protocols for patients, as well as its DeviceConX and Hbox data integration solution.
"Combined with critical clinical data from the physician's [electronic medical records] and community data collected across the continuum of care, clinicians can proactively manage and monitor populations of patients over time and optimize their treatment," NantHealth said in a statement.
AllScript CEO Paul Black said that the collaboration aims to develop a "game-changing platform for coordinated cancer care. Integrated patient information — from the molecular level and from the entire continuum of care — is a powerful tool to improve healthcare."
Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
