NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Hologic said Tuesday that it has priced and allocated its previously announced private offering of $1 billion in senior notes.

It priced $600 million of additional 4.375 percent senior notes due in 2025 at an issue price of $1,000 per $1,000, and $400 million of 4.625 percent senior notes due in 2028 at an issue price of $1,000 per $1,000.
