NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – CareDx announced today that Allenex shareholders representing about 98 percent of the company's shares have accepted CareDx's takeover offer, and that it expects to close the deal on or around April 13.

CareDx acquired a 78 percent majority stake in the Swedish transplant diagnostics firm in December 2015. At the time, the firm also said that it planned to buy the remaining shares in the first quarter of 2016.
