NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Telemedicine services provider Medical Innovation Holdings announced today that its subsidiary BKare Diagnostics has signed a marketing and services agreement with Vantari Genetics.
Under the terms of the deal, BKare will provide marketing and certain other services to Vantari, which offers genetic testing, as well as molecular laboratory and toxicology services.
Additional terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.
"This is the first of many more outsourcing agreements ... with outside providers of medical services, medical devices, laboratory testing, prescription, and other providers" BKare aims to sign, Medical Innovation Holdings CEO Arturo Sanchez said in a statement.
