Bruker Acquiring Part of Carestream's Molecular Imaging Business | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Bruker announced today an agreement to acquire the preclinical in vivo imaging equipment product portfolio and related assets from Carestream Health's Molecular Imaging business for an undisclosed amount.

The deal is expected to be completed in the next several weeks, Bruker said. The majority of employees in the Carestream business being bought by Bruker are being offered employment with Bruker.
