There have been any number of complaints about the patent reform laws here in the US, but now someone's taking action. This article from the Wall Street Journal reports on a lawsuit GlaxoSmithKline filed against the US Patent and Trademark Office, charging that the new rules "could damage about 100 of the company's pending patent applications."
