In a festive Thanksgiving mood, Sandra Porter decided to find out more about turkeys. After looking up wild turkeys in NCBI, she found a lot of interesting taxonomic information, including pictures of different species. One she didn't expect to find may be the prettiest of all (for some of us prepping to spend an entire weekend with the family): Wild Turkey Bourbon.
