Science writer Carl Zimmer posts an assignment to his readers at his blog, The Loom:  send him pictures of your science-related tattoos. Besides getting quite a few comments (and interesting pictures), he's managed to stir a bit of discussion on the debate over whether having a tat makes a scientist less serious in the lab.
