Microsoft and Kaiser Permanente are starting a pilot program for Kaiser's My Health Manager users to transfer their personal medical records to Microsoft's HealthVault, reports the Wall Street Journal. The companies say this will lead to people, rather than health care professionals, having control over medical data.
