In a Search Tool, Being Plain is a Good Thing

The blog Freelancing Science points to a collaboration between the Medical Informatics department of the ErasmusMC University Medical Center of Rotterdam and the Center for Human and Clinical Genetics of the Leiden University Medical Center, who have created Jane -- Journal/Author Name Estimator. By typing in your journal title (or just search words), Jane searches through published Medline articles to find matching journals, authors, and papers. Pretty neat if you don't know where to start when submitting your paper for publication.
