According to business|bytes|genes|molecules, India is starting a clinical trials registry with money from the World Health Organization. The blog also notes that WHO is trying to establish a global registry platform and that some medical journals are beginning to require that patients involved in a trial be registered -- part of an attempt to make sure enrolled patients are treated properly.
