Open Access Rocks On

The folks at Science Commons have been celebrating Harvard's open access policy, and in this blog post they say that the University of Oregon has followed suit with its own resolution to encourage open access among faculty members. GTO will stop short of calling this a trend, but congrats to Oregon and good luck, Science Commons, with the rest of 'em.
