May the Force Be with You, Ubuntu

Following on the heels of a number of "partnerships" Microsoft has announced with Linux users and distributors (if you missed this news, check out our post from a few days ago), the CEO of a major vendor put up his own blog post saying there's no such deal on the table for his company. Canonical, which sells the Ubuntu flavor of Linux, will not be pursuing one of these IP-for-amnesty agreements -- at least for the time being.
