The badly-needed catalogue of genome-wide association studies is now here, reports Bertalan Meskó at ScienceRoll. The NHGRI site, found here, includes publications that looked at no fewer than 100,000 SNPs during the initial phase of the study and lists SNP-trait associations only with p-values less than 1.0 x 10-5. Candidate genes are excluded from the database.
