Merck is "actively looking" for biotechs to partner with or even purchase, CEO Dick Clark tells the Wall Street Journal Health Blog. Merck just completed its merger with Schering-Plough so Clark says such a large deal is "off the table right now" as the company settles in but "single-digit billions" of dollars deals could work.
