In his summer newsletter, NIH director Elias Zerhouni is asking for researchers' thoughts on peer review. He has organized two working groups to assemble internal NIH opinion and external responses to create new peer review strategies, which will be presented in a white paper.

Hurry, the comments are due in by August 18 at 5 pm Eastern.
