Glad It's Secure

The US Government Accountability Office is set to release a report today that says that two Biosafety Level 4 labs, one in Atlanta and one in San Antonio, could easily be broken into, reports the AP. In the Texas lab, the room that handles level four organisms has an outside window and the facility has limited security cameras, alarms, and armed guards. At the Georgia lab, during its review, investigators saw someone enter the building through an unattended loading dock and the lab lacks security barriers and security camera monitoring.
