Enjoining the Cloud

At Tech Crunch, Leena Rao reports that the Electronic Privacy Information Center has asked the FTC to investigate the privacy and security measures of Google's cloud computing services. In the complaint, EPIC says that the recent security breach at Google Docs exemplified the "risks posed by the very nature of Cloud Computing Services." EPIC asks that the FTC "enjoin Google from offering Cloud Computing Services until safeguards are verifiably established."
