A bill reintroduced last week by John Coyners (D-MI), called the Fair Copyright in Research Works Act, would undo the NIH's requirement that NIH-funded researchers have to provide a copy of their peer-reviewed articles for deposition in PubMed Central database, Science Insider reports.
