It's a tough job market and Bitesize Bio's Travis Medley has simple advice for job-seekers who are continually updating and refining their résumés: "Stop." Instead, he says that candidates should focus on strengthening their networks. "Spend your time and energy on building and using your network, and on hunting down contacts at companies where you would like to work," Medley says.
