Thomas Insel will be the acting director of the newly established National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences and Kathy Hudson will be the acting deputy director while the US National Institutes of Health searches for a head for the new center, notes DrugMonkey at his blog. Writedit adds that Insel will remain at National Institute of Mental Health and Hudson will stay in the Office of the Director.
