Stratagene and Adriadne Genomics this week have rolled out version 2.5 of their Pathway Assist software. The upgraded technology includes the molecular network databases for the model organisms Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster and Arabidopsis thaliana, and a tool for mapping gene expression data onto KEGG pathways. The software integrates with GeneSpring and ArrayAssist gene expression analysis software.
