Ronen Tamir

Rosetta Genomics this week appointed Ronen Tamir as executive vice president of marketing and communication. He has been charged with leading the commercialization of the firm’s miRNA diagnostics products. 
Tamir previously served as vice president of investor relations for North America at Novartis. Prior to joining Novartis in 2004, he held several key positions at Serono.

Tamir holds a degree in biology from Bar-Ilan University in Israel and an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.
