BioNano Genomics has named Garth Monroe as its new chief financial officer.
Prior to joining BioNano, Monroe served as CFO for Epocal, a multi-national, venture-backed medical device company. He previously served as station manager for JetBlue Airways and a financial analyst at United Technologies.
Monroe is a certified public accountant and holds a BSc in business administration from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Scienion has tapped Craig Cardella to manage its newly founded US subsidiary (see related story, this issue). Cardella previously was the East Coast sales manager for Matrical Bioscience.
