Paul Ross will take over as chief financial officer of GenMark Diagnostics in April. Ross currently is CFO at Teledata, and he formerly held the same position at Meade Instruments and Power-One.


Patrick Jones has been tapped to serve on Fluidigm's board of directors, where he will replace Jeremy Loh. Jones previously was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Gemplus International, and he was VP and corporate controller at Intel.
