Agilent Technologies has appointed Robert Schueren to be vice president and general manager of genomics. At Agilent, he will be responsible for all genomics operations, including microarrays, qPCR, and life science reagents, Agilent said.

Schueren formerly was global head of companion diagnostics, clinical biomarkers, and sample operations at Genentech/Roche.
