NuGEN Technologies

NuGEN Technologies this week launched Ovation RNA Amplification System Version 2, a modular amplification system for RNA from any source that enables analysis on the Affymetrix GeneChip without a need for globin reduction.
The new Ovation system replaces Ovation RNA Biotin Amplification and Labeling System when used in conjunction with the company’s FL-Ovation cDNA Biotin Module V2, NuGEN said.
NuGEN also launched its Ovation WB Reagent that it claims enables gene expression analysis of as little as 20 nanograms of whole blood RNA on GeneChip arrays without the need for Globin reduction.
