NewGene Named NimbleGen Services Provider

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – NewGene has been named a certified service provider for Roche NimbleGen Sequence Capture.

The Newcastle upon Tyne, UK-based firm is a partnership between the Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Newcastle University. It will provide services for NimbleGen Sequence Capture Arrays with sequencing on Roche 454's Genome Sequencer FLX System.

Roceh said that Newgene passed "a comprehensive certification test plan" to become a member of NimbleGen's certified service provider network.
