New Products: BASE 3.0

The third version of BASE, the Bioarray Software Environment hosted by Sweden's Lund University, is now available, the tool's developers announced last week.

In addition to support for RNA-seq experiments, BASE 3.0 includes a subtype feature for classifying generic items and easier installation of plug-ins and extensions, as well as a number of updates to array design-related features.
