GeneGo said this week that it will now sell Omicsoft products Array Studio and Array Server worldwide, excluding Japan.

Array Studio provides statistics and visualization for analyzing high-dimensional quantification data. The tools are integrated with GeneGo's data mining suites MetaCore and MetaDrug, GeneGo said.

Genomics services provider ImaGenes last month received certification from Roche NimbleGen to offer NimbleGen microarrays for chromatin immunoprecipitation on microarray (ChIP-chip) services.

Berlin-based ImaGenes passed a ChIP-chip certification using the NimbleGen dual-color workflow and the firm's MS 200 Microarray Scanner to become a certified service provider. This certification enables ImaGenes to process samples for DNA-protein interactions and chromatin structure.

Roche NimbleGen CEO Gerd Maass said in a statement that ImaGenes "will further expand our business in the German market and fuel the basic research that is vital to the personalized healthcare pipeline."
